According to the size chart, the measurement I took is right for my golden retriever, who is also a bit overweight. Keeping the velcro of the neckband closed, it's simple and quick to put on: with two movements I thread it over my head and then close it under my pants. ☺️ I thank the seller and recommend them!

Arrived before the delivery deadline, product identical to the image. It's a bit thin, but for going to nearby places and coming back home it's great. Since I didn't have a tape measure, it ended up being a bit big on my dog. He weighs 15kg and is medium-sized.
